“I feel fortunate that I did my graduation from Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata. It has played an immense role in shaping my personality and helping me reach my goals in life.

Apart from education, the kind of exposure the College has provided through extra-curricular activities ranging from debating, drama, creative writing, dancing and sports provided immense lessons in managing and working in teams. I had the opportunity to be in leadership role and participate in LTS, NEN and NSS, which provided me experiences across varied domains that helped me immensely while starting my venture.

Armed with all the learnings, support and love I got from the College, I made my way into IIM-

Ahmedabad. I opted out of placement and along with one of my batch-mates took the ‘road less travelled’, with a vision to improve the living conditions of farmers in the Himalayan terrains of North East and Sikkim.”
