Role Objective:
- Sales of health policies through tele sales and virtual meetings.
- Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- Accountable for handling the health retail product.
- Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
- Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Managing Team – Training , Development and harnessing abilities of the team to generate business
- Conduct timely meeting with team and communicate performance .

*Payable as a fixed amount at the end of one year from the start date.
